Willie Rhine's Girl Went Back on Him and He's Sore at Heart. Yesterday William Rhine, of West Lebanon, appeared before Alderman Miller with a pitiful tale of woe. The young man is 18 years of age and desired to make information against Miss Sallie Snyder, also aged 18, of the same place, charging her with breach of promise. The young lover alleged that Sallie had promised to become his wife, and that she now absolutely refused to fulfill her promise. After the alderman had soothed the young man's well-nigh broken heart, he left the office somewhat relieved of his troubles.
