SUFFOCATED IN MUD

  Mrs. Adam Hauer of near Green Point while driving through Indiantown Gap, 
in the Blue Mountains, Saturday morning, found the body of Grant Bordner, of 
near Lickdale.  The man was driving along the road and in turning out to 
avoid a mud hole the wheel struck a stump and jolted him from his seat.  He 
fell head foremost into the hole and suffocated in the mud.  Coroner Shultz 
made an investigation and decided it unnecessary to hold an inquest.  
Deceased was aged 50 years, and is survived by his widow and six children.
