All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/lebanon/ _______________________________________________ TITUS HARTMAN Titus Hartman, aged about 68 years, died about 11 o'clock, Thursday evening, after a lingering illness, of consumption, at his home, 139 Doe alley, and is survived by a wife, three sons, Michael, Frank and Titus, jr., and two daughters, Sarah and Annie. Deceased for many years was engaged as a farmer on one of the Gloninger and afterwards on the Phares Cassidy farm. Later he moved to this city and did hauling. He was well known and respected. Of late his eyesight failed him and recently he became blind. He was a faithful and consistent member of St. Mary's Catholic church, this city, and promptly discharged his religious duties. The funeral will be held on Monday morning and will be in charge of Undertaker P. H. Thompson. Lebanon Daily News, January 24, 1896
