  Clayton M. Boltz JONESTOWN Clayton M. Boltz, 60, of Jonestown passed away on 
  Tuesday, November 6, 2007, at Cedar Haven, Lebanon. Born in Cold Springs 
  Township on July 9, 1947, he was the son of the late Ralph and Maggie Bohr 
  Boltz. He had worked at College Hill Poultry in Fredericksburg. He is survived 
  by his brothers George S., husband of Jean Boltz of Fredericksburg, Allen D., 
  husband of Kristi Boltz of Lebanon; sisters Loraine M. Brown of Pine Grove, 
  Miriam C. Smith of Mesa, Ariz., and Viola J., wife of Randy Purcell of 
  Jonestown. He was preceded in death by his brothers Leroy and Stanley Boltz, 
  and his sister Nancy Rowe, and three infant sisters. Memorial services will be 
  held on Monday, November 12, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the Zion Gosherts UCC, Mt. 
  Zion. Interment will be at Sattizahn Lutheran Cemetery, Greenpoint. In lieu of 
  flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 
  PO Box 1263, Lebanon, PA 17042.
