  Nelson D. ''Skip'' Brown HUMMELSTOWN Nelson D. "Skip" Brown, 60, of Trail Road, 
  Hummelstown, died Tuesday, October 2, 2007, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. 
  Born September 23, 1947, in Lebanon he was the son of Kathryn (Shay) Brown 
  Light of Palmyra and the late Victor E. Brown. He retired as senior emergency 
  planner from Three Mile Island, Middletown; was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the 
  Vietnam War; a life member of the Hershey VFW and past president and former 
  member of both the Hershey Community Chorus and the Hummelstown Community 
  Singers. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife Cheryl D. (Crawford) 
  Brown; children Melissa Solomon of Omaha, Nebraska, and Andrea Brown of Miami, 
  Florida; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 
  held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 6, 2007, at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North 
  Grant Street, Palmyra, preceded by a viewing from 9:30 ñ 10:30 a.m. Burial will 
  be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg. Memorial contributions may be 
  made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033.
