  Rachel R. Brownsberger LEBANON Rachel R. Brownsberger, 79, of 590 S. Fifth 
  Ave., Lebanon, died December 28, 2007, in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the 
  late Jonathan K. Brownsberger. She was born in Lebanon County on Sept. 12, 
  1928, daughter of the late Daniel and Carrie Rank Wenger. She most recently was 
  employed by Steffy Shoe Co., Lebanon, as a machine operator, and prior to that 
  worked in laundry at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, for 30 years. She 
  was a member of the Lebanon United Zion Church, where she was a Sunday school 
  teacher for 50 years. She also sang with the Wenger Sisters Quartet. She is 
  survived by sisters, Esther Hoffer, Lititz, Ruth, wife of Ralph Heffley, 
  Manheim, Malinda, wife of Roger Bomberger, Lebanon; several stepchildren; and 
  nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by 
  sister, Mabel Long. Funeral service Wednesday, at 2 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral 
  Home Inc., Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon. Interment Mt. Pleasant 
  Cemetery, Mount Joy. Viewing Wednesday from 1 p.m. to the time of the service 
  at the funeral home.
