  Allen R. Clay WYOMISSING Allen R. Clay, 78, formerly of Wyomissing died 
  November 18th at 9:55 a.m. in the E.C.C. Retirement Village - StoneRidge 
  Campus, Myerstown. He is the husband of Mary M. Clay, a resident of StoneRidge; 
  and was predeceased by first wife, Fern E. (Stiely) Clay in 1993. Born in 
  Allentown son of the late Guy E. and Martha M. (Fisher) Clay. He was a 1947 
  graduate of Myerstown High School and a 1956 graduate of Millersville College. 
  He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He is a retired English 
  teacher from Wilson High School. He was a member of Myerstown U.C.C., a former 
  elder and consistory member of First Reformed Church, Wernersville, and was a 
  soloist at other area churches. He participated in faculty plays, was director 
  of senior class plays and was a bowling coach at Wilson High School. He also 
  participated in several dramas and plays in Reading. Surviving in addition to 
  his wife are two step-daughters, Georgana M. Drefike, Stowe, Daphne 
  Frownfelter, Heidelberg Township; sister Millie M. Clay, Newmanstown; also 
  eight step-grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in Lamm 
  & Witman Funeral Home Inc., Wernersville. Interment at Hain's Church Cemetery. 
  Friends may call Wednesday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial 
  donations may be made to Myerstown U.C.C., 310 W. Main Ave., Myerstown, PA
