Clay, 85, formerly of Lindley Murray Road, Annville, died Thursday, November 29, 2007, at Manor Care, Lebanon. Born April 23, 1922, in Franklin, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Glenn and Eva Wimer. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Grantville; the Women of the Church; Farm Women Group #18 and was a former member of Women's Christian Temperance Union. She was the widow of John H. Clay, who died June 30, 2006, to whom she had been married for 62 years. Surviving are her children Geraldine F. Hicksenheiser of Annville; Galen A. Clay of Allen, Texas, and John E. Clay, Sr. of Allen, Texas; a sister Bernice Ownbey of Spotsylvania, Virginia; 6 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, December 3, 2007, at Zion Lutheran Church, 10310 Jonestown Road, Grantville. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Church, Grantville. Viewings will be held 6:00 PM ñ 8:00 PM Sunday, December 2, 2007, at Buse Funeral Home, 9066 Jonestown Road, Grantville, and Monday from10:00 AM ñ 11:00 AM at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, PO Box 275, Grantville, PA 17028, and may be brought to the viewing or to the funeral service.
