  Hafer, Thomas B. "Tom Cat"    
   
  Thomas B. Hafer MYERSTOWN Thomas B. "Tom Cat" Hafer, 72, of 144 Mountain View 
  Road, Myerstown, died Friday, November 9, 2007 in the Hyman S. Caplan Pavilion 
  of GSH Hospital. He was born August 3, 1935 in Lebanon, a son of the late 
  Benjamin and Mabel Welsh Luttman and was adopted by the late Harry and Fern 
  Hafer. He was an Air Force veteran. He was a mechanic at the Sterling Drug Co. 
  for 36 years and a chef at the Mt. Aetna Fire Company for 44 years. He enjoyed 
  cooking, gardening and fishing. Surviving are wife of 34 years Jeanette M. 
  Lausch Hafer of Myerstown; daughter Sharleen spouse of Dennis Evans of Lebanon; 
  sisters Betty San Martin and Jean Cool both of Lebanon; brothers Francis 
  Luttman of Clinton, Ohio and Robert spouse of Myrtle Hafer of Lebanon; and 
  grandchild Heather Lausch. He was preceded in death by brothers Carroll and 
  Henry Luttman and sister Delores Whitman. Viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, 
  November 14, 2007 from 11:30AM12:30PM Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 
  Cumberland St., Lebanon followed by services at 12:30PM. Interment in 
  Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
