  Sally Ann Holstein LEBANON Sally Ann Holstein, 81, of 1505 Oak St, Lebanon died 
  Saturday November 17, 2007 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the 
  wife of the late George L. Holstein, Jr. who died in 1975. Born in Reading on 
  August 2, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Irwin S. and Ethyl Ganster 
  Lape. She was a landlord in Lebanon. She was a member of the Lebanon Country 
  Club and a supporter of the Lebanon Humane Society. Surviving are two sons 
  Richard M. husband of Beth Holstein of West Chester, PA and George L. III 
  husband of Vicki Anne Holstein of Margate, FL. One daughter Anne L. wife of 
  Robert Petrocelli of Rye, NY. One brother I. Samuel Lape of Lebanon. Three 
  grandchildren Andrew Holstein, Leah Holstein and Christopher Petrocelli and 
  best friend Harry J. Uhrich of Lebanon. Funeral services will be held on Monday 
  at 1:00PM from the Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. Main St. Annville. Interment 
  will be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. There is no viewing or visitation. In lieu of 
  flowers, contributions can be made to the Lebanon Humane Society 150 N. Ramona 
  Rd. Myerstown, PA 17067.
