  Anna Kantner REHRERSBURG Anna Kantner, 94, of Rehrersburg died October 7th at 
  6:05 a.m. in the St. Joseph Medical Center Community Campus TLC Unit, Reading. 
  Her husband, Selas P. Kantner died in 1987. Born in McAdoo daughter of the late 
  John and Veronica (Rice) Smutek. She was employed at Frystown Shirt Factory and 
  later at Gettle Shirt Factory, Rehrersburg. She was last employed at Kauffman's 
  Chicken Range, Rehrersburg. She was a member of Altalaha Lutheran Church, 
  Rehrersburg, and a former member of Keystone Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, 
  Rehrersburg. Surviving - son Harry G. Kantner Sr., husband of Nina, 
  Rehrersburg; brother Theodore Smutek, Reading; two sisters, Frances Olnhoff, 
  Alpha, N.J., Betty Slifko, Hazleton; three grandchildren, Hope, wife of Glenn 
  Barnett, Desiree, wife of Charles Putt, Harry G. Kantner II, husband of Maria; 
  four greatgrandchildren, Faith Barnett, Brian Blatt, C.J. Putt, and Tori Putt. 
  Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Hill Funeral Home, Rehrersburg. 
  Interment at Altalaha Church Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday 10 to 11 at 
  the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Berks Visiting Nurse 
  Association, 1170 Berkshire Blvd., Wyomissing, PA 19610.
