  Jacques 'Jack' Kendall MYERSTOWN Jacques "Jack" E. Kendall, 78, Myerstown, died 
  Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007, in Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of the 
  late Nancy E. Brown Kendall. Surviving are son Mitchell Kaylor and daughters 
  Susan Sholl, Beth Layser and Kathy Noble. Services will be privateat the 
  convenience of the family. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, is in charge.
