  George H. McDonald LEBANON George H. McDonald, 65, of Lebanon died Saturday, 
  December 1, 2007, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., 
  on January 19, 1942, he was the son of the late Charles F. Lamphere and Mildred 
  Mae McDonald. A graduate of Milton Hershey High School, he earned a bachelor's 
  degree from Elizabethtown College and a master's degree from Shippensburg 
  University. He was a teacher at Elco High School, Myerstown, for 28 years 
  retiring in 1998. He was a member of the National Honor Society at Milton 
  Hershey High School and served as treasurer of the Eastern Lebanon County 
  Education Association. He was ELCA representative to PSEA; coadvisor of Future 
  Business Leaders of America for 20 plus years. He is survived by sons, Dwayne 
  C. McDonald of Lebanon, Seth A., husband of Kristie McDonald of Las Vegas, 
  Nevada; sister, Mary, wife of Robert McCurdy of Lebanon; brother, Charles F. 
  McDonald of Soledad, California; one grandson. A memorial service will be held 
  Saturday at 5 p.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. 
  Visitation at 4 p.m. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. A 
  celebration of life will be held following the memorial service at the Ebenezer 
  Fire Co. Social Hall, 442 Ebenezer Road, Lebanon. In lieu of flowers memorial 
  contributions may be made to Penn State Lung Cancer Center, 600 Centerview 
  Drive, P.O. Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033.
