  Clara M. (Higgins) Nestico
     
  Clara M. Higgins Nestico PALMYRA Clara M. (Higgins) Nestico, 78, of Palmyra, 
  formerly of Shamokin, died Monday, October 29, 2007, in her home. She was born 
  March 28, 1929, in Shamokin, daughter of the late John and Mildred (Koveleski) 
  Higgins. Clara graduated from Coal Township High School and was a member of St. 
  Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in Hershey. She enjoyed spending time with 
  her family and loved animals. Surviving are her husband, Dominic J. Nestico; 
  son, Joseph J.; and grandson Joseph D. of Manheim; granddaughter, Maria Memmi; 
  and greatgranddaughter Sophia A. Memmi of Palmyra. She was preceded in death by 
  her two daughters, Anita Memmi and Gloria J. Nestico. Services will be held 
  Friday, November 2, 2007, at 11 a.m. in the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory 
  Inc. in Hershey. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. 
  Interment will be in the Hershey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family 
  prefers memorial contributions be made to Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, 
  7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
