  GEORGE A. NEWMASTER SR. MYERSTOWN George A. Newmaster, Sr., died Friday, 
  November 30, 2007, at Cedar Haven. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. 
  George H. Newmaster of Myerstown. He is survived by his wife, Janice; two sons, 
  George Jr. and wife Debra, and Thomas and wife Melissa; and daughter, Doreen 
  Marie, wife of David McQuire; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; two 
  brothers, Richard and Joseph; one sister Julianna; and a number of nieces and 
  nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, John, and a sister, Mary. He 
  was an avid bowler fisherman and camper and was a member of over 20 years of 
  the South Lebanon Lions. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, where 
  he served as an usher and was a member of the Brotherhood. He was a finish 
  carpenter who had his own business for many years after which he worked for 
  Arthur Funk and Sons from which he retired. Visitation will be held in 
  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon, on Tuesday, Dec. 
  4, 2007, from 6-8 PM. Memorial service to be held in Holy Trinity Lutheran 
  Church, 723 Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046, on Wednesday at 10 AM. Interment in 
  Ebenezer "Greenwood" Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to 
  his church.
