  Richard D. Robinson
     
  Richard D. Robinson ANNVILLE Richard D. Robinson, 72, of 200 Kauffman Road, 
  Annville, formerly of 47 Skyline Drive, Wellsboro, died Monday, October 29, 
  2007, in the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Alice Oakes 
  Robinson to whom he would have been married to for 54 years this November 2nd. 
  Born in Rochester, N.Y., on June 9, 1935, he was the son of the late Arthur and 
  Leah L'Esprance Robinson. He was a retired lineman from the Commonwealth 
  Telephone Company, Wellsboro, and was the first man to install fiber optics in 
  the Wellsboro Area. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Korea; a member of the 
  Wellsboro Moose and the Blossburg American Legion. His hobbies included fixing 
  things and going to the casinos. Surviving are a son Richard A., husband of 
  Debra Robinson of Annville; two grandchildren, Elizabeth, wife of Timothy 
  Grieco of Palmyra, and Emily Robinson at home; two sisters-in-law, Teresa, wife 
  of the late Eugene Robinson of Florida, and June, wife of the late Orville 
  Oakes Jr. of Roaring Spring; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 
  will be held on Friday, November 2, 2007, at 11 a.m. from the Thompson Funeral 
  Home, 734 New Street, Roaring Spring, Pa., with Pastor Charles Baughman 
  officiating. Interment will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery, Roaring Spring. 
  Viewing will be held on Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home. Kreamer 
  Funeral Home, Annville, is handling local arrangements.
