  Glenn E. Runkle PALMYRA Glenn E. Runkle, 98, formerly of Palmyra died Monday, 
  November 12, 2007 at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. Born October 16, 
  1909 in Steelstown, he was the son of the late Harry and Mary (Shiffler) 
  Runkle. He retired from H. S. Wagner and Son, Palmyra; was a member of Palm 
  Lutheran Church, Palmyra and was the widower of Ruth E. (Ward) Runkle who died 
  October 3, 2007 after 74 years of marriage. Surviving are his daughter Carol 
  L., wife of Lauren D. Reber of Palmyra; sister Sara Blouch of Lebanon; grandson 
  Philip A., husband of Rhonda K. Runkle of Annville and great grandson Marshall 
  S. Runkle. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, November 16, 2007 at 
  Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing from 
  9:00 ñ 10:00 AM. Burial will be inGravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. In lieu of 
  flowers contributions may be made to Palm Lutheran Church; 11 West Cherry 
  Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.
