Wyse, 72, of Myerstown died Saturday, September 29, 2007, at the Hospital of the University of Pa., Philadelphia. He was the husband of Mary E. Alberts Wyse. Born in New York City on June 14, 1935, he was the son of the late Warren and Margaret Bruton Wise. He was a retired engineer, having worked in the textile industry. He was a member of the Elks Club in New Jersey and also was past exultant ruler. He was a member of the Fredericksburg American Legion and the Mt. Aetna Bible Church. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict. Surviving in addition to his wife are five children, Melody, wife of Dominic Nasuto of Lavernia, Texas, Natalie Smith of Merridith, N.H., Mark, husband of Joan Wyse of Myerstown, Jeff, husband of Tamara Wyse of Lebanon, and Patrick, husband of Debbie Wyse of Bethel; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Thomas Wyse of Franklin, N.J., and Richard Wyse of Chattanooga, Tenn.; three sisters, Maureen Sondervan of Summitt, N.J., Corkie Strumbino of Riverdale, N.J., and Eileen Pignatone; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Wyse and Dennis Wise; and one greatgrandson, Steven Smith. Funeral services Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Aetna Bible Church, 11 N. Chestnut St., Mt. Aetna, PA 19544. Viewing hours will be Friday from 3-8 at Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. Ninth St., Lebanon, and also Saturday morning from 10-11 at the church. Interment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospital Hospice Program, 202 Hathaway Park, Lebanon 17042.
