  Anthony, William G.   
   
  William G. Anthony, 86, of 59 Palmyra Road, Campbelltown, died Thursday, 
  December 11, 2008, in the Countryside Christian Community, North Annville 
  Township. He was the husband of Ethel Jane Dinger Anthony, with whom he would 
  have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary this February. Born in Berne, 
  Berks County, on July 12, 1922, he was the son of the late Hardie C. and 
  Elizabeth A. Berger Anthony. He worked in shipping/receiving for Hershey 
  Chocolate, retiring after 46 years of service. Bill was a 1940 graduate of 
  Annville High School, and a member of Annville United Zion Church, where he 
  held various offices. Surviving are two sons, the Rev. Robert W., husband of 
  Linda J. Peiffer Anthony of Boise, Idaho, and Dr. John B., husband of Edith R. 
  Adams Anthony of Stoutsville, Ohio; a daughter, Jean L., wife of Lester C. 
  Arnold of Jonestown; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was 
  preceded in death by four sisters, Ellen Eckert, Lillian Mengle, Katie Miller, 
  and Esther Adam; and a great-grandson, Chandler Spitler. Funeral services will 
  be held on Monday at 10 a.m. from the Annville United Zion Church, Route 934 
  North, Annville. Interment will be in the United Zion Cemetery. Viewing will be 
  held on Sunday evening from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home and 
  Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville, and also from 9:30-10 a.m., prior to the 
  services at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the 
  Lebanon Gospel Center Mission, 26 N. Seventh Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.
