  Robert L. Barshinger Sr. LEBANON Robert L. Barshinger Sr., 64, Spang Crest 
  Manor, Lebanon, formerly of Townhouse Apartments, Lebanon, died Tuesday, 
  January 8, 2008, in the manor. He was born in Lebanon on October 20, 1943, son 
  of the late William E. Barshinger Sr. and the late Irene Boyer Barshinger. He 
  was retired from the former Lebanon Steel Foundry. He was a member of St. 
  Matthews Lutheran Church, Lebanon, life member of the Chemical Fire Co. and the 
  Hook and Ladder Fire Co., Lebanon. Surviving are children, Michael A. Wright 
  and wife Tonya, Lancaster, Robert L. Wright, Lancaster, Kathleen M. Wright, 
  Lebanon, Robert L. Barshinger Jr. and wife Wendy, Robesonia, Steven R. 
  Barshinger, Lancaster, Lisa M., wife of Christopher Brown, Lebanon, Chester A. 
  Hornberger, Lebanon; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brothers, 
  James Barshinger, Mississippi, William Barshinger, Ono, Bruce Barshinger, 
  Lebanon, Ronald Barshinger, Ono; sisters, Jackie Gassert, Myerstown, Nancy 
  Thornton Lebanon, Norma Boyer, Lebanon, Wanda Brown, Lebanon, and their 
  families. Funeral service Thursday evening at 8 p.m. Rohland Funeral Home Inc., 
  Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon, where a viewing will be held Thursday 
  beginning at 6 p.m.
