  Batz, Elizabeth C. "Betty"   
   
  Elizabeth C. "Betty" Batz, 90, of 22 Linda Lane, Lebanon, died Friday, 
  September 12, 2008, at home. She was born September 9, 1918, in Lebanon, 
  daughter of the late Frank and Frances Hain Kramer. She was a member of Holy 
  Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was a retired waitress from Heisey's 
  Diner, and a former member of the Flower 5/8lub. Surviving are daughter Diana 
  Bella and son Dennis Batz, both of Lebanon; four grandchildren; eight great-
  grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 
  husband Charles A. Batz on Nov. 5, 1992, daughter Frances Batz Garrett, brother 
  John Kramer, and sisters Catherine E. Hiestand and Mary Wenger. Viewing is 
  scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2008, from 1-2 p.m. at Christman's Funeral 
  Home Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon, followed by services at 2 p.m. 
  Burial will be at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Memorials can be sent to GSH Hospice, 
  PO Box 1281, Lebanon, PA 17042-9933.
