  Behney Jr., Charles H.   
   
  Charles H. Behney Jr., age 70, of Jefferson Twp., died Friday evening in the 
  Reading Hospital where he had been a patient for 9 days. He was the husband of 
  May R. (Dengler) Behney with whom they had celebrated their 50th wedding 
  anniversary this past summer. Born in Wolmelsdorf, he was the son of the late 
  Charles H. Behney Sr and Pruella (Strickler) Behney. He was a Navy veteran. 
  Charles was the founder and president of Behney Fabrication and Welding, 
  Lebanon, working for 32 years until his retirement in 1997. He was also the 
  founder and pastor of Soul Clinic Ministries, Jefferson Twp. He is also 
  survived by 2 sons, Jeffrey M. and Jay M. Behney of Myerstown. 2 daughters, 
  Mary Holl of Wernersville and Susan Behney-Doyle of Fredericksburg, VA. One 
  brother Jerome Behney of Wernersville and a sister, Doreen Martin of Myerstown. 
  There are also 5 grandchildren. Private services will be by invite for 
  immediate family only. Kirkhoff Funeral Home, Bernville is handling 
  arrangements.
