  Evelyn N. Bernard, 90, E. Walnut St, Lebanon, died Friday September 19, 2008 in 
  StoneRidge, Myerstown. She was born in Hagerstown MD on December 1, 1917 
  daughter of the late Wilmer F. and Grace A. McKemy Eavey. She had been employed 
  for 27 years as a CNA at the Good Samaritan Hospital Lebanon. After retiring 
  she volunteered for 22 years at the front desk of the GSH and in the Gift Shop 
  of Cedar Haven. She had also been an Avon Representative for many years. 
  Surviving are children: Gordon R. Sandy, Perris, CA; Maxim D. Sandy, Enola; 
  Norita L. wife of Robert Finberg, Greensboro, NC; Ronald P. and wife Helen 
  Bernard, Long Beach, CA; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 4 great 
  great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Randall L. Bernard and 
  sister Helen V. Anspach. Funeral services Tuesday September 23, 2008 at 11:00 
  A.M. in the Rohland Funeral Home, Inc, 5th & Cumberland St, Lebanon where a 
  viewing will be held Tuesday beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment Mt. Lebanon 
  Cemetery. Those wishing may make contributions to the Hospice of the GSH, 4th & 
  Walnut St, Lebanon 17042.
