Miller Sshabodeho@aol.com June 15, 2008, 9:05 am Published in the Lebanon Daily News on 6/2/2008 Bingeman, Arthur Arthur Bingeman, 89, Lebanon, died Sunday, June 1, 2008, in the Countryside Christian Community Home, Annville. He was the husband of the late Irene C. Bingeman. He was born in Lancaster County on August 13, 1918, a son of the late Arthur and Eva Kline Bingeman. He was a retired farmer, and had also owned and operated his own excavating business for many years. He was a member of the Mt. Hope United Christian Church. He formerly played with the Lebanon Valley and Central Pennsylvania gospel bands, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by a son, Lester E. and wife Irene M. Bingeman of Lebanon; grandchildren Barry and wife Heidi Bingeman of Lebanon, Bonita, wife of Joseph Flamm of Lebanon; five greatgrandchildren; brother Jay Bingeman of Manheim; sisters Eva Nolt of Lancaster, Jean Shenk, Floy Fernsler, Ethel Gordon, all of Manheim; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Bingeman; and sister Minerva Bingeman. Funeral services will be Wednesday 2 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon. Interment will be made in Shenk's Community Cemetery. Viewing will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m., and Wednesday from 1 p.m. to the time of service in the funeral home.
