  Bishop, Henry B.     
   
   
  Henry B. Bishop, 80, of the Meadowbrook Manor, Naperville, Ill., and formerly 
  of Mountville, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2008, at the home. He was the 
  husband of the late Mae I. Savidge Bishop. Born in Ebenezer on July 9, 1928, he 
  was the son of the late Allen D. and Leah S. Heagy Bishop. He retired in 1993 
  as a truck driver for the Valley Protein Rendering Co. in Terre Hill. He was a 
  member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, the Ebenezer Fire Co. and the 
  Jonestown Perseverance Fire Co., and he enjoyed playing pinochle, and watching 
  NASCAR and dirt car racing. He is survived by his daughter, Lori A., wife of 
  Timothy Peiffer of Aurora, Ill.; grandchildren Natalie A., wife of Patrick K. 
  Chin of Wayne, N.J., and Nathan T., husband of Jennifer A. Peiffer of 
  Lehighton; and a greatgrandson, Varick B. Peiffer. He was preceded in death by 
  his brothers, Robert W. Bishop and Allen L. Bishop. Funeral services will be 
  held on Monday, August 4, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the Strauss-Kreamer & Lum Funeral 
  Home, 48 W. Market St., Jonestown. Viewing will be held on Sunday evening from 
  6 – 8 p.m., and prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at 
  the Grand View Memorial Park, North Annville Township.
