  Boltz, Richard M.   
   
  Richard M. Boltz, 86, of Lebanon, Pa., formerly of Hamlin, Pa., died Sunday, 
  November 16, 2008, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was the husband 
  of Mary J. (Valentine) Boltz, to whom he would have been married 61 years on 
  December 25. Born in Millbach, Pa., on October 25, 1922, he was the son of the 
  late Edwin and Laura (Spitler) Boltz. He retired as a truck driver at Quaker 
  Alloy, Myerstown, Pa., where he worked for 20 years. He was a member of St. 
  Paul's UCC, Fredericksburg (Hamlin), and the Bethel, Mt. Aetna and Mt. Zion 
  fire companies. He also enjoyed gardening. In addition to his wife, he is 
  survived by daughters Sheila, wife of Bruce Sholly of Jonestown, Pa., and 
  Sharon Brown of Lebanon, Pa.; sons Melvin, husband of Kay Boltz of Myerstown, 
  Pa., Neil, husband of Barbara Boltz of York, Pa., and Rick, husband of 
  Annemarie Boltz of Lebanon, Pa.; 17 grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren; 
  sister Mabel Rudy of Fredericksburg, Pa.; brothers Elmer Boltz of 
  Fredericksburg, Pa., Alvin, husband of Lillian Boltz of Fredericksburg, Pa., 
  and Benjamin, husband of Jenny Boltz of Myerstown, Pa.; several nieces and 
  nephews. He was preceded in death by several sisters and brothers. Funeral 
  services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. 
  Washington Ave., Myerstown, Pa. Viewing Thursday from 6 p.m.. - 8 p.m., and 
  Friday at 10 am. Interment at Trinity U.C.C. Cemetery, Rehrersburg, Pa. In lieu 
  of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's U.C.C., 129 
  Chestnut Hill Road, Fredericksburg, PA 17026.
