  Lester G. Brandt Jr. CAMPBELLTOWN Lester G. Brandt Jr., 72, died January 1, 
  2008, in Cedar Haven Nursing Home where he had resided for many years. He was 
  born on February 23, 1935, in Campbelltown to Lester G. Brandt Sr. and Mary 
  Hallman Brandt. Lester retired as a civilian employee from Indiantown Gap 
  Military Reserve many working as a grounds keeper. Prior to that he was a 
  linotype operator for a printing company. He graduated from the Hershey High 
  School. Was a long time member of the Salem United Church of Christ, 
  Campbelltown, where he worked as their custodian for many years. He was a music 
  lover of country western and 50-60's pop; he enjoyed watching sports, and in 
  his younger years was a member of the Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company. He 
  is survived by his son Michael L. Brandt and his companion Dustilyn of Tampa, 
  Fla.; grandchildren Michael Brandt Jr., Alicia N. Brandt and Maria Amatangelo; 
  sisters Patricia Brandt of Palmyra and his twin sisters Mary Ellen Brown of 
  Reading, Pa. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, 
  January 7, 2008, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Rothermel Funeral Home Inc., 25 W. 
  Pine St., Palmyra, followed by his funeral with the Rev. Dwight Hein 
  officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Reformed Cemetery, Campbelltown. 
  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Cedar Haven 
  Nursing Home, Gifts Account, 590 S. Fifth Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
