  Bertha M. Brown Bertha M. Brown, 85, of Myerstown, Pa., died Monday, April 21, 
  2008, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, Pa. She was the wife of the late 
  Felix A. Kline, who died in 1987; and the late Harvey P. Brown, who died in 
  1997. Born in Jackson Township, Pa., on May 2, 1922, she was the daughter of 
  the late Naomi Derr. She was employed as a sewing machine operator at the 
  former Publix Shirt Company, Myerstown, Pa., for 21 years, retiring in 1984. 
  She was a member of Myerstown UCC and Myerstown VFW Auxiliary, and enjoyed 
  scrapbooking, sewing and ceramics. She is survived by daughters Kathleen, wife 
  of Allen Weik of Myerstown, Pa., Lorretta, wife of Kenneth Stamm of Seaford, 
  Delaware, Jeannette, wife of Clifford Yeakley of Bethel, Pa., and Constance, 
  wife of Thomas Shaak of Myerstown, Pa.; sons John Ernfield of Myerstown, Pa., 
  and Harry, husband of Beverly Ernfield of Myerstown, Pa.; stepdaughter Joyce 
  Watts of California; and step-sons Jeffrey Brown of Lancaster, Pa., and Timothy 
  Brown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; 13 grandchildren; 15 
  greatgrandchildren; three great-greatgrandchildren; and two nieces. Funeral 
  services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2008, at 11 a.m. from Grose Funeral 
  Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, Pa. Viewing Thursday at 10 a.m. 
  Interment at St. Thomas Cemetery, Bernville, Pa.
