  Mary H. Buchanio, 92, of Lebanon, Pa., died Saturday, May 10, 2008, at the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital. She was a resident of the ECC Retirement Village in 
  Myerstown, Pa. She was born April 21, 1916, in Lebanon, the second of six 
  children born to Michael J. and Antonia Hacunda Karapcik of Slovakia. She was 
  employed for most of her adult life by Milsan Mills in Lebanon, Pa., where she 
  rose to a position of responsibility after leaving school in the seventh grade 
  during the depths of our country's economic depression in 1929. She was a 
  lifelong member of the former SS Cyril and Methodius Church, now SS Benedict 
  the Abbot. She is survived by her son and daughterin-law, Charles P. and Ellen 
  V. Buchanio of Myerstown; her sister, Helen M. Shuey of Lebanon; grandchildren 
  David Schneider of Texas, Michael P. Buchanio and Matthew T. Buchanio of 
  Illinois, Ash K. Kline of Myerstown, Steven S. Kline of Richland; and great-
  grandchildren Peyton V. Kline and Brody S. Kline; along with several nieces and 
  nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael J. Karapcik Jr., 
  Augustine Karapcik, Stephen Karapcik; and a sister, Anne Shutter. Mass of 
  Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at 10 from St. 
  Benedict's Church, 1300 Lehman St. Interment on Holy Cross Cemetery. Viewing 
  hours will be held Wednesday morning 9-10 at the church. Thompson Funeral Home 
  Inc. in charge of arrangements. Published in the Lebanon Daily News on
