Capp, 86, Lebanon, died in his residence August 8, 2007. He was born in Lebanon on September 1, 1920, son of the late Daniel and Janet Peters Capp. He retired as engineering drafting room supervisor from the Bethlehem Steel Corp., Pottstown, after 30 years service. He was a Lebanon High School graduate in the Class of 1938. He was a veteran of World War II Army Air Corps, serving in Major Coffee's Squadron "C" under the command of General Arnold. He worshipped in the United Methodist faith. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Lodge No. 226 F & AM for 58 years, the Reading Consistory, the Pagoda Club, Reading, and High Twelve Club, Pottstown. He enjoyed hot dogs, bananas and pizza. He loved baseball, Penn State football and horse racing. He was the last of his immediate family, having been preceded in death by brothers Miles D. Capp, Pottstown, William P. Capp, Myerstown; sisters Nora Eiceman, Lebanon, and Nancy LaBarr, Sayre. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Private family services are to be held.
