  Jean M. Chapman, 91, of 860 Norman Drive, Lebanon, died Monday, September 22, 
  2008, at Elmcroft of Lebanon, North Cornwall Township. She was the wife of the 
  late Jacob Y. Chapman. Born September 27, 1916, in Glen Lyon, Pa., she was the 
  daughter of the late Peter and Josephine Szukiec Zolnerowicz. She was a retired 
  nurse at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, and was a member of the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, 
  Cornwall. Surviving are two children, Margaret R., wife of Thomas P. Yingst of 
  Lebanon, and Brock J., husband of Eileen A. Chapman of Lancaster; two 
  grandchildren, Thomas P. Yingst Jr., and Tracy R. Holsopple; three 
  greatgrandchildren, Alex J. Holsopple, Chelsea R. Yingst, and Mark Matterazzi. 
  She was the last of her immediate family. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday at 
  10 a.m. from Sacred Heart Church, 2596 Cornwall Road, Cornwall. Interment at 
  Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery, Cornwall. Visitation Saturday morning 9:30-10 at 
  the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Church, PO Box 
  136, Cornwall, PA 17016. Thompson Funeral Home Inc., Lebanon, is in charge of 
  the arrangements. .
