  Charles C. Clay, 87, of Myerstown, Pa., died Friday, July 25, 2008 at the VA 
  Medical Center, Lebanon, Pa. He was the husband of the late Minerva M. 
  (Himmelberger) Clay who died July 7, 2001. Born in Mt. Aetna, Pa. on November 
  14, 1920, he was the son of the late Cloyd and Annie (Kurtz) Clay. He served in 
  the U.S. Army during WW II and had been employed over 30 years at Bethlehem 
  Steel, Lebanon, Pa. He was a member of St. John's Church, Mt. Aetna and the Mt. 
  Aetna Fire Co. Social Club. He is survived by a son Charles G. husband of 
  Sylvia Clay of Richland, Pa.; daughters Judith wife of Frederick Ream of 
  Fredericksburg, Pa., and Lisa wife of Robert Kreiser of Mt. Zion, Pa. 7 
  grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, a brother 
  Rufus Clay of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and several nieces and nephews. He was 
  preceded in death by a son Larry Lee Clay and a daughter Elaine Becker. A 
  memorial service will be held Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 3 pm. from St. John's 
  Church, Mt. Aetna, Pa. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
