  Joyce W. Delp, 80, 1434 Jody Ave., Lebanon, died Wednesday, November 19, 2008, 
  in her residence. She was the wife of the late Wilbur H. Delp, who passed away 
  in 1984. She was born in Lebanon on December 6, 1927, a daughter of the late 
  Robert U. and Esther Davis Wolfe. She retired in 1988 as an administrator in 
  the U.S. Department of Defense at Indiantown Gap Military Reservation. In 1980, 
  she was named Civil Servant of the Year. She was a graduate of Lebanon High 
  School Class of 1946. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church, Lebanon. 
  Surviving are children Larry Eckenroth and wife Kathy of Reading, Cathie, wife 
  of Jonathan Umstead of Lebanon, Brian Delp of Lebanon, Frani Bordner of 
  Lebanon; 12 grandchildren; brothers Robert Wolfe of Ashdown, Ark., Richard 
  Wolfe and wife Mary of Lebanon; sisters Jean Boyer of Myerstown and Doris, wife 
  of Robert Geib of Lebanon. She was preceded in death by daughter Peggy 
  Eckenroth. Graveside funeral services Monday, November 24, 2008, at 11:30 a.m., 
  Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions 
  may be made to Lebanon Rescue Mission, 439 S. Sixth St., Lebanon 17042. The 
  Rohland Funeral Home Inc., Lebanon, is in charge of the arrangements
