  Detweiler, Ethel S.   
   
  Ethel S. Detweiler, 97, formerly of Annville, died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008, in 
  Ephrata Manor. She was the wife of the late Vincent S. Detweiler, who died in 
  1996. Born in Jonestown on Nov. 28, 1910, she was the daughter of the late 
  Robert B. and Elizabeth M. Gottshall Peiffer. Ethel enjoyed camping and 
  fishing. Surviving are a daughter Vinette G. "Cookie," wife of Dale R. Umberger 
  of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Judson and Logan Umberger; and one 
  greatgrandson, Brayden C. Umberger. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 
  2:30 PM from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. 
  Interment in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Tuesday from 
  1:30-2:30 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be 
  made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 
  17067.
