Miller shabodeho@aol.com February 20, 2008, 6:16 pm Published in the Lebanon Daily News on 2/10/2008 Fake, Janet Lee (Blouch) Janet Lee (Blouch) Fake CAMPBELLTOWN Janet Lee (Blouch) Fake, 71, died Thursday, February 7, 2008, in her residence in Campbelltown. She is the wife of Robert A. Fake, whom she was married to on July 30, 1955. She is the daughter of the late George C. Blouch and Dorothy M. Shenk Blouch of Campbelltown. She was born in Hershey on December 29, 1936. Janet worked part time for the Palmyra Area Recreation Association. For many years, she worked in the cafeterias of the Pine Street and Forge Road elementary schools. She was a member of the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey, where she was active in the Barnabas Adult Education Fellowship, a past director of the Adult Education Fellowship, and the past secretary of the Women's Missionary Society. She enjoyed reading, counted cross stitching, scrap booking, her grandchildren, and watching the Palmyra Area School District's girls and boys basketball teams. Surviving her in addition to her husband and mother, are her daughter Debra Fake, wife of Doug Alexander of Palmyra, her son, Alan Fake and his wife Connie of Palmyra, her daughter, Robin Becker and her husband Jim of Colebrook; grandchildren Ryan Alexander and his wife Laura, Derek Fake, Tabitha Fake and Priscilla Fake, all of Palmyra, Jason Becker and his wife Nicole; and great- grandson Jayden Becker of Colorado. She is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sarah Alexander, who died in April 1988. A private graveside service will be held in the Gravel Hill Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. at the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey with the Rev. David Martin and the Rev. Robert Sproul officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Building Fund of the Evangelical Free Church of Hershey, PO Box 648, Hershey, PA 17033; or to the Friends of Palmyra Area Recreation & Park Commission, PO Box 403, Palmyra, PA 17078.
