  Edgar T. Felty Jr., 82, of ECC-Albright Campus, Myerstown, died Tuesday, 
  November 25, 2008, in the home. He was born May 3, 1926, in Lebanon, son of the 
  late Constance Sechrist Felty and Edgar T. Felty Sr. He was a member of 
  Covenant United Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. 
  He was a retired estimator from Milsan Mills and the Bethlehem Steel. He later 
  worked for Weis Markets for 10 years. A noted musician, he played trumpet in 
  many bands, including Big Band Nostalgia, Scored Variations, Perseverance, Tall 
  Cedars, Lebanon Swing Band, Lebanon Community Concert, and Rehrersburg 
  Keystone. He was a member of the Mt. Olivet Lodge No. 704 F&AM and the Tall 
  Cedars of Lebanon and Post E Travelers Protective Association. Surviving are 
  wife Mae G. Gerst Felty of Myerstown; children Lucinda, spouse of Frank Reist, 
  Randal, spouse of Kathleen Felty, and Calvin Felty, spouse of Debra Gray, all 
  of Lebanon; grandchildren Jennifer Echternach, Michelle Reist, Adam Felty and 
  Joanna Felty; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sister 
  Alice Garrett. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the 
  family. Memorials can be sent to Alzheimer's Association-Greater Pa. Chapter, 
  3544 N. Progress Avenue, Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
