  Fernandez, Misty Ann Blair   
   
  Misty Ann Blair Fernandez, 28, of Myerstown went to be with her Jesus on 
  September 19, 2008, while in the care of her loving family and Compassionate 
  Care Hospice. Her love and her laughter brightened the lives of many. She was 
  born on May 31, 1980, the daughter of Donald R. and Debra A. Deaven Blair of 
  Myerstown. Misty was the devoted, loving mom of Jordan A. Fernandez and Myah A. 
  Fernandez. In addition to her children and parents, she leaves to celebrate her 
  life, her brother, Jeffrey D., husband of Christine Blair of Myerstown; and her 
  sister, Jennifer A., wife of the Rev. Jonathan D. Kisner of Everett; nieces and 
  nephews Ryan W. and Daina A. Kisner and Angus J. and Brodi E. Blair. She was 
  the granddaughter of Mary J. Deaven of Lebanon. Misty was a 1998 graduate of 
  Elco High School, and she attended HACC in the criminal justice program prior 
  to her illness. She was a member of the Reamstown Church of God, where she 
  encouraged many lives, and she was active as a children's church teacher. 
  Relatives and friends are invited to attend Misty's celebration of life on 
  Monday, September 22, 2008, at 2 p.m. at the Reamstown Church of God, 57 Church 
  St., Reamstown. Viewing will be held one hour prior to her celebration. In lieu 
  of flowers, memorial contributions will be accepted at Northwest Savings Bank, 
  547 S. 10th St., Lebanon, PA 17042. Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, 
  Jonestown, is in charge of the arrangements.
