  Irene Z. Fields, 84, of ManorCare died Sunday, September 7, 2008, in ManorCare. 
  She was the wife of the late Elliott C. Fields. Born in Lebanon on March 12, 
  1924, she was the daughter of the late John and Susanna Janicko Zahurak. She 
  was a retired employee of Hershey Foods Corp. She was a member of St. 
  Benedict's Church and the Elks Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading. Surviving 
  are two daughters, Barbara A., wife of Carl Pianka of Harpswell, Maine, and 
  Suzanne F., wife of James Miller of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Eric and 
  Damian Pianka, Jacqueline Heberling and Amy Broderick; three brothers, Stephen 
  Zahurak of Idaho, Joseph Zahurak of Maryland and Leonard Zahurak of Wyomissing; 
  several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and 
  Bartholomew Zahurak; and one sister, Elizabeth Boyer. Mass of Christian Burial 
  will be celebrated Friday at 10 from St. Benedict's Church, 1300 Lehman St., 
  Lebanon. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Viewing hours Friday morning 8:30-9:30 
  at Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. Ninth St., Lebanon. Donations may be made 
  to the American Lung Association, 3001 Old Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 
  17011.
