  Susan Marie Fields PALMYRA Susan Marie Fields, 54, of 341 N. Railroad Street, 
  Palmyra Nursing Home, died Monday, January 21, 2008, in the Hershey Medical 
  Center. Born in Annville on September 1, 1953, she was the daughter of the late 
  John and Anna M. Dobbs Fields. She was employed at Quest Inc., Lebanon, and was 
  a member of Living Waters Chapel, Lebanon. Surviving are two nephews, 
  Frank "Bill" Long Jr. of Palmyra and Michael, husband of Shelby Long of 
  Elizabethtown; a niece Brenda Long of Palmyra; and a great-nephew Alex Long; 
  and a great-niece Rebekah Long of Elizabethtown. She was preceded in death by a 
  brother Donald E. Fields and a sister Joyce A. Long. Funeral services will be 
  held on Friday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. Main St., 
  Annville. Interment in Covenant Cemetery, Ebenezer. Viewing will be held on 
  Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m. and also on Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the 
  funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Palmyra 
  Nursing Home Activity Fund or Living Waters Chapel, 1900 Jay Street, Lebanon, 
  PA 17046.
