Harrison St., Palmyra, died Monday, November 24, 2008, at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, Pa. He was the husband of Mary Lou Mellinger Frazier, with whom he celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary in October. Born May 30, 1926, in Lebanon, he was the son of the late William and Martha Allwein Frazier. He was a foreman at the former Bethlehem Steel. He was a graduate of Lebanon High School, a member of the Rescue Fire Co., the Annville American Legion, and the Lebanon VFW. He enjoyed all sports. He was a World War II, U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a Purple Heart recipient. He was a member of The Church of the Holy Spirit Palmyra, Pa. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Edward M., husband of Suzanne Frazier, and Timothy J., husband of Dawn Frazier; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was the last of his immediate family. Memorial service Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. from Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. Ninth St., Lebanon. Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation Monday evening 6-8, and Tuesday morning 1010:30 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042.
