  Funck, Reginald V. "Reggie"   
   
  Reginald V. "Reggie" Funck, 92, of Palmyra died Monday, December 8, 2008, at 
  Twin Oaks Nursing Center, Campbelltown. Born January 25, 1916, in Palmyra, he 
  was the son of the late Harry and Alice (Gerberich) Funck; and was also 
  preceded in death by a son, Dennis Funck; and a sister, Ruby Bowman. For over 
  30 years, he was an automotive mechanic for the former H.S. Wagner Garage, 
  Palmyra. He was a member of Palmyra Church of the Brethren, the National 
  Antique Automobile Club of America, and the Hershey Region Antique Automobile 
  Club of America. Surviving are his wife, Edith (Hafer) Funck; children Robert 
  V., husband of Betty Funck of Palmyra, and Linda Dumbauld of Palmyra; 
  grandchildren Lori Backenstoes, Cindy Thatcher and Charles A. Dumbauld; five 
  greatgrandchildren; and a niece, Arlene, wife of Lawson Gable of Palmyra. 
  Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2008, at Palmyra 
  Church of the Brethren, 45 North Chestnut Street, Palmyra, preceded by a 
  viewing from 9:30 – 11 a.m. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. 
  Memorial contributions may be made to Ascera Care Hospice, 315 Primrose Lane, 
  Suite 101, Mountville, PA 17554.
