  Beverly J. Gamble, 56, of 955 N. Rt. 934, Annville, died Friday, June 20, 2008, 
  in the Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Frank J. Gamble, with whom 
  she would have celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary this November. Born in 
  Clearfield on Aug. 27, 1951, she was the daughter of M. Jean Passmore Carns of 
  Clearfield and the late Jack Carl Carns. She worked as the assistant to the 
  dean of student affairs at Lebanon Valley College, Annville, and for 30 years 
  was a Milton Hershey relief houseparent. Beverly was a 1969 graduate of 
  Clearfield High School and received her associate's degree in 1971 from 
  Hagerstown Medical Secretary School. She was also a member of the Annville 
  United Methodist Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are 
  sons Todd M. Gamble of Rexmont and Jason C. Gamble of Harrisburg; stepson Wayne 
  P. Gamble of Temperence, Michigan; brother Jack E. and wife Susan Carns of 
  Bradford; sister Linda L., wife of George Ross of Clearfield; three 
  stepgrandchildren and three nieces. She was preceded in death by a nephew Kevin 
  Carns. Services will be held on Monday at 5 from Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. 
  Main St. Annville. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Clearfield County, 
  at the convenience of the family. Viewing will be held on Monday from 1 to 5 
  p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
