  George G. Garrett, 86, of Annville died Wednesday, August 6, 2008, in the 
  Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Marie Lentz Garrett, with who 
  he was married to for 61 years. Born in Lebanon on June 17, 1922, he was the 
  son of the late Howard and Margie Peiffer Garrett. He was a 1940 graduate of 
  Lebanon High School. George was a steelworker with Bethlehem Steel Co., and was 
  a Veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Air Force. Surviving in addition 
  to his wife are a son, Phillip E. Garrett of Lebanon, husband of the late 
  Christie-Lyn Garrett; and a daughter, Pamela, wife of Daniel Brocious of 
  Harrisburg; a brother, James Garrett of Lebanon, husband of the late Nancy 
  Garrett; seven grandchildren, Devin, Jeremy and Aaron Brocious, James and John 
  Mills, Danielle and Eric Garrett; three great-grandchildren, Declan and Dayan 
  Brocious and Evelynn Mills. He was preceded in death by a son, Paul D. Garrett; 
  and brothers Clayton and Paul Garrett. Funeral services will be private. There 
  will be a public viewing Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral 
  Home, 618 E. Main St., Annville.
