  Carrie Gassert TREMONT Carrie Gassert, 90, of Tremont passed away on Sunday, 
  April 6, 2008, at the Tremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in 
  Jonestown on September 14, 1917, she was the daughter of the late George and 
  Mary Brough Gassert. She was employed as an aide at the Lebanon County 
  Workshop. Carrie is survived by two brothers, Ralph Gassert of Lebanon and 
  Robert Gassert of Manheim; one sister, Verna Fink of Campbelltown. She was 
  preceded in death by four brothers, Francis, John, Harry and George Gassert; 
  and two sisters, Stella Long and Dorothy Gassert. A graveside service will be 
  held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. at the Zion's Evangelical 
  Lutheran Cemetery, Jonestown. Strauss-Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home, Jonestown, is 
  in charge of the arrangements.
