  Patricia A. Green, 51, of Lebanon, Pa., formerly of Boyertown, died on 
  Saturday, June 14, 2008, at Countryside Christian Community, Annville, Pa., 
  after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Pottstown, Pa., she was a 
  daughter of the late Barton T. and the late Eleanor (Gnoza) Green. She 
  graduated from Pottstown High School in 1974. She was the devoted and beloved 
  mother of one daughter, Elizabeth Ashley Green of Milton Hershey School, 
  Hershey, Pa. Surviving along with her daughter are four brothers, Thomas, 
  husband of Cindy Green of Arizona, Robert, husband of Erikah Green of 
  Birdsboro, Charles, husband of Kim Green of Boyertown, and Richard Green of 
  Boyertown; and one sister, Cindy, wife of Mike Montondo of Birdsboro. She was 
  predeceased by one brother, Mark Green; and one sister, Linda (Green) Fries. 
  She had five nephews, Joshua and Jeremy Green, Bobby and Noah Green, Kyle 
  Montondo; and two nieces, Amanda Fries, and Kaitlin Green. She loved the time 
  spent in Florida, and at Lake Wallenpaupak with her daughter and parents. She 
  also loved her cat, Chloe, and was surrounded by caring and loving friends. A 
  memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, at New Hanover 
  United Methodist Church, 2211 Swamp Pike, Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Officiating 
  will be the Reverend David M. Lewis. In lieu of flowers, donations in her 
  memory can be made payable to Elizabeth A. Green, and sent to Harleysville 
  National Bank, 1050 East Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525. 
  Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 
  King St. in Pottstown, Pa.
