(Holbein) Grubb, 82, died Sunday, April 13, 2008, in her residence in South Annville Township, Lebanon County. She was the wife of Aaron L. Grubb. They were married November 18, 1944. She was born on June 25, 1925, in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, to Walter B. and Amanda Graybill Holbein. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, farm life, raising flowers and violets. She attended the Lebanon Valley Bible Church, where she assisted with the Mom's ministry of the infant nursery. She was a member of Farm Women's Group 15 of Lebanon County. Surviving in addition to her husband Aaron are a daughter, Verna M., wife of Gary A. Struphar of Annville; a brother, Walter Holbein of Florida; grandchildren Sundra Fake of Lancaster, Corey Struphar of Annville, Michelle Quino of Middletown; greatgrandchildren Christopher Fake of Palmyra, Brandon Fake of Lancaster, Matthew and Aaron Struphar of Annville and Hannah Quino of Middletown. She is preceded in death by a son, Clair R. Grubb; and a brother, Clair R. Holbein. Relatives and friends are invited to a time of viewing on Thursday, April 17, 2008, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at the Lebanon Valley Bible Church followed by her funeral service at 2:30 with burial to follow in Shenk's Cemetery, Conewago Township, Dauphin County. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Lebanon Valley Bible Church, 1482 Horseshoe Pike, Lebanon, PA 17042; or to Lebanon Valley Youth For Christ, 1691 Grace Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
