  James H. Higgins LEBANON James H. Higgins, 59, of 169 N. Zinns Mill Road, 
  Lebanon, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 15, 2008, in his residence. He 
  was the husband of Susan L. Schwartz Higgins, to whom he was married to for 35 
  years. Born in Spokane, Washington, on February 27, 1949, he was the son of the 
  late James H. and Bonnie Cabbage Higgins. He was a self-employed auditor and 
  served in the U.S. Army and in the U.S. Army Reserves in the Corps of Engineers 
  with the rank of lieutenant colonel. He was a graduate of Gonzaga University 
  and received his master's degree from Boston University; a member of St. Paul 
  The Apostle Church, Annville, and the ASQ/RAB Society. Surviving in addition to 
  his wife are two sons, Daniel J. and wife Katie Higgins of Waterville, Maine, 
  who are expecting the first granddaughter this week, and Drew W. Higgins, at 
  home; a daughter, Mary Anne Higgins of Portland, Maine; three brothers, Timothy 
  Higgins of Spokane, Washington, Tom Higgins of Texas, and Samuel, and wife 
  Merrie Lynn Higgins of Spokane, Washington; a sister, Katherine Higgins of 
  Spokane, Washington, also survives. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 
  held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from St. Paul The Apostle Church, 125 S. Spruce 
  Street, Annville. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. 
  Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is in charge of arrangements.
