  Betty J. Hostetter Betty J. Hostetter, 77, of Lower Allen Township, Camp Hill, 
  died Friday, December 12, 2008, at home. She was a retired supervisor at the 
  former Pennsylvania Blue Shield, Camp Hill a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, 
  Camp Hill, and the Reading Hospital Alumni Association. Born March 29, 1931, in 
  Annville, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Susan (Wenger) Zeigler. 
  Surviving are her husband, Melvin E. Hostetter; two sons, Kurtis A. Hostetter 
  M.D., of St. Augustine, Fla., and Kerry A. Hostetter of Knoxville, Tenn.; a 
  daughter, Cynthia L. Mercuri of Phoenixville; five grandchildren, Madison 
  Hostetter, Joshua Hostetter, Serena Hostetter, Kalyn Hostetter and Alex 
  Mercuri. Memorial services will be held in Trinity Lutheran Church, Camp Hill 
  at a future date. Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East 
  Hanover Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to 
  her church, 2000 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Cremation arrangements 
  by Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland.
