  Kessler, Evelyn L.   
   
  Evelyn L. Kessler, of 1398 Ridge Road, Lebanon, died Saturday, October 25, 
  2008, at Cedar Haven Nursing Home. She was the wife of Ronald L. Kessler. Born 
  in Peckville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Emily Beers 
  West. She was a retired secretary for the U.S. Government, and was a member of 
  Salem Lutheran Church, Lebanon. She enjoyed traveling and cooking. In addition 
  to her husband, she is survived by one sister, Minerva Grossman of Glenside, 
  Pa.; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by three sisters, Thora 
  Bunch, Katheryn McCoy, and Ann Seibert. Funeral services Wednesday at 10 a.m. 
  from Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. Ninth St., Lebanon. Interment at Grand 
  View Memorial Park, Annville. Viewing hours Wednesday 9-10 a.m. at the funeral 
  home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Salem Lutheran Church, 
  Eighth and Willow streets, Lebanon, PA 17046.
