  John G. "Pap" Kreitzer LEBANON John G. "Pap" Kreitzer, 73, of 2 Northcrest 
  Acres, Lebanon, died Saturday, April 19, 2008, in Lebanon. He was born November 
  3, 1934, in Lebanon, a son of the late William C. and Alice Gruber Kreitzer. He 
  was an inspector for AMP Inc., Harrisburg, with 39 years of service, and a 
  member of Tabor United Church of Christ. An active firefighter with the Rescue 
  Hose No. 4, where he had served as president and treasurer and on two truck 
  committees; past president and treasurer of the Lebanon City Relief 
  Association; helped with the Pennsylvania State Fire Convention and parade 
  committees; Smokies; Gooseneckers; member of the Lebanon County and 
  Pennsylvania State firemen's associations; and he received many awards and 
  certificates from fireschool and officer training. He was an avid Steelers and 
  Phillies fan. He and his wife enjoyed Florida for 10 years after his 
  retirement. Surviving are wife of 53 years, Ruth A. James Kreitzer of Lebanon; 
  children Linda S., spouse of James Landis, Donna M., spouse of Dennis 
  Sweinhart, and Steven J. Kreitzer; brother Donald Kreitzer; and sister Audrey 
  Fetter; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in 
  death by brothers William, Martin, Ephraim and Harry Kreitzer. Memorial 
  services will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at 2 p.m. in Christman's 
  Funeral Home Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Memorials can be sent to 
  Rescue Fire Co. Truck Fund, 400 Lehman St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Published in the
